As to the safety, the components of capacity cabinet always have been damaged in which it would lead the great security risks.

4.High electricity charges:

As to these factors above, finally, the power factor of the power system cannot be satisfied with the standard of the power supply department. Thus, to pay extra electricity charges is the mainly economic losses.

PROVIDED PROJECT(S)

In view of the above, this enterprise invited our company to conduct the quality of electrical energy test. According to the test data, the production line #1 and #2 both do have issue about the lower power factor and serious harmonic distortion. As to combined with rich experience, we, Shanghai Wenlida Technology Co., ltd, determined to assemble the active filter device and compensation device in this condition. Among them, the device, WT-SVG4L-0.4-750, divided by three cabinets (capacity: 250kvar); other device, WT-APF4L-0.4-900, divided by two cabinets (capacity: 450A). Certainly, based on the On-site condition, the wiring method of the SVG cabinet and APF cabinet can be flexibly chose by cooperative enterprise.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTIONS

As to WT-APF, this device can be efficient in harmonic control and treat with having a ultra wide filtering range (2nd~50th) and shorter response time period (<10ms). And then, as high filtering efficiency, the single harmonic filter rate is not less than 95% which ensure the harmonic control result to meets the standard.

As to WT-SVG, according to the system requirements, this device can automatically output the reactive power. Also, as required by system, this device can carry out various types of compensation methods to ensure that the system power factor is not less than 0.95. During operating compensation period, WT-SVG can compensate the 3rd~13th range harmonics at same time. As a result, its quality of the power supply and power efficiency are all improved.
